They say they are experiencing a higher number than normal of issues, due to the new content, but looking at Twitter shows us that anyone having any issues, is met with silence.īasically, any issues you have, they don't give a shit about, and any questions you have are going to be met with silence.

I have literally emailed them dozens of times, i have tweeted at them almost a hundred times now, they have not responded a single time. The team on Twitter,, is run by a bot, it literally only replies to say 'please make a ticket' and links you to the site. The support email will not be answered I'm currently on day 8 or 9 of waiting for a response. it just keeps spinning and will not show your tickets. The support site is broken when you make a ticket, you can't view the site, it never loads. The phone number doesn't work, it is a recording and tells you to go online and make a ticket. I've made a couple posts about this, and this is what I've learned
